The Body People started in 2010 with a few dance classes taught by Chloe Redmond. Over the years she qualified in Zumba®, Pilates, PT, Spin and, Post Natal Exercise. It wasn’t until she expanded and opened up classes in Box&Core, LBT, Brave Woman Bootcamp and Baby Massage & Yoga with a small specialist team of instructors; that she rebranded to The Body People. We specialise in fitness, wellbeing and PT sessions that endeavour to provide you with quality, affordable and fun exercise in the community. Supporting your health, fitness and wellbeing journey so that you can achieve and maintain physical strength, stamina, flexibility, co ordination and confidence either in a 121 environment or amongst your friends and family within a group.
