Her enthusiasm for fitness started at school where she ran for the cross country team as well as the 200 meter sprint. This enthusiasm followed her into adulthood where she took part in sport activities including boxing, kick boxing and pole fit. After a short break to care for her two children Judi returned to fitness to follow a professional career as an instructor. She is now instructing fitness classes such as Pump and Tone, Indoor cycling, LBT and Bootcamp. As The Body People's assistant and cover instructor for Brave Woman Bootcamp and Legs, Bums and Tums Judi will be on hand to help during sessions and to keep you motivated through out.

When Niamh isn’t performing on stage or acting on screen she is dancing her heart out. Irish dancing, hiphop dancing and performing in musicals as a kid, turned into a life long profession in the arts. Moving to London from Dublin Ireland Niamh trained for her Masters in Acting where she taught dance to other drama students after hours. She then decided it was time to get her Zumba qualification and spread her love for feeling good through covering classes for The Body People. We dare you to go to her class and not leave with a smile on your face!
